WASHINGTON – A recent accident where a dump truck backed over a bicyclist’s head in Arlington raises questions about how the D.C. area thinks of helmet use.

WTOP’s Kate Ryan took to the streets to find out what area bicyclists and bike store owners think about the frequency with which D.C. area residents wear helmets and how it relates to America’s transportation infrastructure.
