‘Hurricane horse’ goes for a shirtless jog in D.C.

WASHINGTON – While most people were busy buying storm supplies or taking shelter from Hurricane Sandy, at least one man decided to go for a run in D.C. Monday morning.

The shirtless jogger also sported a Halloween appropriate horse head and did a little dance for NBC 4 reporters who were filming live.

Buzzfeed has identified the man as Jimmy Kruyne. Apparently he planned the stunt on Twitter.
