WASHINGTON – Some loved it, some hated it. Say what you will, Beyonce definitely made an impression Monday night at the Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute gala.

Her sheer black gown with strategic beading and purple ostrich-feather hemline drew praise from the U.K.’s Daily Mail, which said her post-baby figure looked “sensational.”

But Huffington Post readers weren’t so convinced. Only 54 percent of people who took an online poll said they liked the Givenchy gown, compared to 45 percent who rated it “gross.”
