WASHINGTON – It’s opening day at Camden Yards. The smell of possibility is in the air, though it’s nearly overpowered by the smell of bacon.

One of the new concessions at Camden Yards this year: bacon on a stick, served in a Natty Boh bottle.

What’s not to love?

More concessions include a Crab Mac ‘n’ Cheese dog from Fells Point eatery Stuggy’s. Baltimore favorites Gino’s and Stuggy’s will be below the roof deck at the north end of Eutaw Street.

O’s fans packed into Camden Yards to enjoy the Opening Day game against the Minnesota Twins. They filled the stadium 46,000 strong, selling out Camden Yards on its 20th anniversary.

The Orioles are marking the ballpark’s 20th anniversary with more than just concession offerings. There are commemorative cartoon bird Maryland license plates debuting this year.

Below, the team and its enthusiastic fans tweet photos of commemorative baseballs, jerseys and ceremonies taking place at Camden Yards Friday.
