WASHINGTON – Wisconsin Avenue, southbound between P and N Streets will be closed between 9:30 p.m. Tuesday and 5 a.m. Wednesday as part of the O and P Street rehabilitation project. The northbound lanes will run two-way traffic and flaggers will be directing.
