WASHINGTON – Your cup of java from Starbucks is getting more expensive.

The coffee chain is raising prices about 1 percent in D.C., New York and Boston.

Prices also will go up in Atlanta, Dallas and Albuquerque on Tuesday.

Higher prices for coffee, milk and fuel are to blame, according to Reuters.

Prices went up in Southern Florida and California in November.
