Man sentenced in Suburban Hospital murder

ROCKVILLE, Md. – UPDATE: A man convicted of killing his superior at Suburban Hospital in Montgomery County has been sentenced to life in prison without parole.

Keith Little had been convicted in the fatal stabbing of Roosevelt Brockington. He was sentenced Monday, The Washington Post reports.

Keith Little, 50, was found guilty in the stabbing death of Roosevelt Brockington. Jr.

Brockington’s body was found in the basement of Suburban Hospital, having been stabbed more than 70 times.

According to documents filed before the trial by Montgomery County prosecutors, Little allegedly confessed to the crime and bragged of walking away from an earlier murder.

Prosecutors say in the filing that Little told the inmate “he killed Brockington because he thought he was trying to get him fired.”

Little faces a life sentence.
